Motorbike Rental – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of motorcycles from RideKL. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.

1. Online Booking & Confirmation

All online bookings are subject to motorcycle availability.
We strongly recommend booking at least 24 hours before pickup.
If no confirmation is received within 6 hours, the motorcycle should be considered unavailable.

2. Delivery & Collection

Delivery & collection within 10 KM: RM15 per trip.
Beyond 10 KM: RM1.50 per KM.
Early or late delivery (before 08:00 / after 17:00): additional RM15 per trip.
All delivery fees will be confirmed before booking approval.

3. Security Deposit

Security deposit starts from RM100 per motorcycle.
Deposit amount may vary depending on motorcycle category.
Deposit will be refunded within 10–14 working days, subject to:

Motorcycle returned in good condition
No outstanding traffic summons or fines

4. Rider Eligibility & Licence

Rider must be between 23 and 65 years old.
Valid Malaysian driving licence or International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.
Probationary licences are not accepted.
Only registered riders are allowed to operate the motorcycle.

5. Mileage Policy (Motorcycle)

Motorcycles Below 200cc

Limited to 200 KM per day.
Additional mileage charges may apply.

Motorcycles 200cc and Above

Unlimited mileage.
Subject to fair usage and legal riding conditions.

      RideKL reserves the right to take action if usage is deemed excessive,
      abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with normal rental purposes.
    

6. Insurance & Liability

All motorcycles are covered by standard motor insurance.
The renter is responsible for insurance excess and damages caused by negligence.
Insurance does not cover:

Illegal use
Racing or reckless riding
Lost accessories, tyres, batteries, or misuse

7. Accident & Breakdown

Any accident or theft must be reported immediately.
Police report must be made within 24 hours.
An administrative accident handling fee may apply.

8. Return of Motorcycle

Motorcycle must be returned on time and in original condition.
Late returns may be charged additional rental fees.
Early or late return must be informed at least 12 hours in advance.

9. Cancellation Policy

72 hours before pickup: Full refund.
Less than 72 hours: One-day rental may be deducted.
Monthly rental cancellations will be recalculated at daily rate.

10. Disclaimer

RideKL reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
